RETURN POLICY

You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return.

 If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately.

If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You WILL be charged a 35% restocking fee on all returns other than cores.

NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

NO refunds on electrical parts.

No refunds on clearance items.

YOU MUST E-MAIL US WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR PART TO OBTAIN AN AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN. THE PART MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS.

Item must be new unistalled, untried.  Item must be in original package.  Package be clean, untorn, no markings or writing, free of grease or oil, and the GM labels must still be present.  THE BOX IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS THE PART!!

CORE RETURNS

MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS AT

YOUR EXPENSE

Core parts must be a factory OEM part.  No aftermarket parts will be issued credit.

Must be returned in original GM box or package.

Cores must not have physical damage.

Core must be drained.
